§ 10-67. Class F license.

  • Class F licenses shall authorize the retail sale only of beer and wine in a mini-mart not for consumption on premises. Holders of a class F license shall:

    (1)

    Limit their sale of beer to in-store sales of sealed packages containing not less than six bottles or cans. All beer offered for sale must be sealed in the original container or package containing not less than six bottles or cans;

    (2)

    Devote a minimum of 1,500 square feet to the retail sale of products for human consumption and household use. The area prescribed by this provision shall be a single open area, undivided by any partition of any nature, devoted to said retail sale, exclusive of service bays, storage facilities and other areas not open to the general public; and

    (3)

    Display on the premises at all times to the retail consumer an inventory of items for human consumption and household use to be valued at not less than $5,000.00 wholesale cost, but not to include petroleum products, any items regulated by this chapter, tobacco products or services (such as ATM machines, money orders, lotteries or notaries public).
